Counsel, underwriters, and regulators may verify receipts using entry IDs published on Operator's status page. Velaru provides evidence infrastructure only; not legal or insurance advice. ================================================================================ 2. BROKER / CG 40 47 RENEWAL (white-label partner SOW) ================================================================================ Silent AI Proof Sprint. Partner shall deliver a pre-dispute evidence package for Insured's generative-AI-touching workflow: (a) Handler Receipt locking governance policy before AI use; (b) signed decision receipts during the sprint window; (c) stranger verify URL for underwriter and counsel. Insured (or Partner on Insured's behalf) shall enroll Proof Relay Monitor for ninety (90) days included in sprint, then monthly auto-renew unless cancelled per status-page workflow. Partner remits wholesale fees per Partner Agreement; Insured-facing pricing per Partner order form. ================================================================================ 3. EU AI ACT ARTICLE 50 — DEPLOYER (chatbot / companion) ================================================================================ Article 50 Deployer Evidence. Deployer shall maintain an Article 50 deployer evidence file for each customer-facing AI interaction surface, including: trigger assessment, notice wording and placement, Handler Receipt verifying disclosure policy locked before first user exposure, and stranger verify links. Deployer shall export the Velaru Art 50 Deployer Evidence File (.txt and JSON) from the active proof bundle status page upon request by Deployer's DPO or a market surveillance authority. Fines under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 Article 99(4) are Deployer's regulatory risk; Velaru supplies evidence infrastructure only. ================================================================================ 4. HIRING / EPL — PRE-DISPUTE (Mobley-era) ================================================================================ Hiring Proof Sprint. Employer shall implement governed-attempt receipts for AI touching hiring or screening workflows before adverse action, with Handler Receipt locking policy prior to the AI decision step. Employer shall provide counsel and EPL carrier a stranger verify URL and pre-dispute export from the active Velaru bundle window. Proof Relay Monitor shall remain active through the pre-dispute period unless cancelled in writing with thirty (30) days notice after initial ninety (90) day sprint window. ================================================================================ 5. MORTGAGE / GSE — PRE-DISPUTE FILE ================================================================================ Pre-Dispute Evidence File. Correspondent shall maintain a GSE-oriented pre-dispute evidence file for AI touchpoints in origination or QC (AUS, document AI, pricing assist), including Handler Receipt, stranger verify, and export pack suitable for repurchase or investor inquiry. GSE Proof Monitor shall auto-renew monthly while active. Evidence is ordinary-course operations support, not a credit underwriting guarantee. ================================================================================ 6. LOKKEN-STYLE CLAIM / PAYER ATTESTATION (TPA / payer — future SKU) ================================================================================ Human Review Attestation. For each claim or coverage decision where AI output informs adjudication, Payor shall record: (a) AI recommendation identifier; (b) human reviewer identity; (c) accept, override, or supplement action; (d) timestamp before finalization. Each attestation shall link to a stranger-verifiable receipt. Payor shall produce attestation chain on discovery in bad-faith or contract disputes alleging AI supplanted required human review. ================================================================================ 7. FRCP / SPOLIATION — ORDINARY COURSE ================================================================================ Ordinary Course Evidence. Operator shall preserve governed AI decision receipts and Handler Receipt policy locks in the ordinary course of business before litigation hold, sufficient to support FRCP Rule 37(e) proportionality arguments. Operator shall not rely solely on vendor-default retention; Operator maintains Velaru export and verify URLs as independent of vendor deletion policies. ================================================================================ 8. PAYMENT / MONITOR (attach to any sprint SOW) ================================================================================ Proof Relay Monitor. Following sprint delivery, Proof Relay Monitor shall bill monthly in arrears at the tier stated in the order form ($249 hiring / $499 chatbot / $699 mortgage / $199 broker wholesale). Fifty percent (50%) sprint deposit due on signed SOW; balance on delivery. Monitor cancel anytime via status-page billing contact; window runs through paid period. ================================================================================ 9.
